Travel & Nutrition
Jasmine is a well known explorer. Her curiosity runs far from not being able to stay at home when she was a girl, to now, traveling all over the USA and across the globe to new places. Her interest in nutrition sparks as she visits restaurants in random places and countries to see what they have to offer. Her experience in the restaurant industry combined with her experience in clinical nutrition gives her the ability to leave solid reviews about the foods she ingests. With this advantage she takes the opportunity to question the overall nutrition, plate design styles, while still being able to calculate accurate calories. As most menus list their caloric intake next to the meal listed, her main concern is for the misinformation that is collected from inaccurate references and resources and is portrayed to consumers.
With her precise and up-to-date tools, her nutrition education, restaurant experience, food safety teachings, and food expert wisdom; Jasmine flows through towns on a whim with her fiance' to review restaurant dining ethics. She creates a full nutritional report on basic review, size of meal, food safety, location proximity, general service, price, accommodation, availability, along with basic nutrition macro and micro nutrient feedback.
Lastly, she dives into how to travel with the ability to eat according to a person's set diet and routine. Jasmine has suffered from travel and nutrition blues and understand the difficulty in trying to get a healthy meal while out on the run. Rules and regulations when boarding trains, planes, or driving long distances can wreck havoc on the gut and mind. With all her experience in travel and experience with other nutritionists, she explains to consumers the tools and strategies they need to accomplish nutritional eats while traveling.
