Course Description

Introduction of Adequate Rest, Relaxation, and Motivation. In this video we will cover how important it is to sleep, what stress is biochemically and how it affects you, how important it is to be stress free, what motivation is biochemically and the thought process, how all three of these aid in weight loss, and what it takes to get self motivated.
