Baked Chicken with Broccoli
The Spanish have traditional foods that have been around for many years. One in particular is baked chicken. This medicinal food helps provide collagen. It can heal the stomach lining, the GI lining, and help repair damaaged skin.
2 chicken quarters, or 4 thighs/legs.
7 large garlic cloves sliced in half.
1/4 cup yellow onion sliced in large cuts.
1 pound of broccoli cut anyway you like.
2 packs of Herbal Holistc Blends seasoning.
1 pack of Anti-Inflammatory Holistic Blends seasoning.
Turn the oven on preheat to 325F degrees.
In a baking pan layer the broccoli at the bottom.
Surround the broccoli with yellow onions and garlic cloves.
Lay the chicken on top.
Sprinkle the chicken with the Anti-Inflammatory Holistic Blends seasoning.
Sprinkle the whole dish with Herbal Holistic Blends seasoning.
Fill the baking dish up with water, at least one (1) inch from the top. However, be sure not to pour water on the chicken or cover the chicken with water.
Cover entire dish with aluminum foil and put into the oven.
Bake for 2hours. Remove and serve hot.
